COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Phoenix Contact PSI-MOS-PROFIB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued P-q-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powerstat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader P-q-Controls such as the M10004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BP124201 manufactured by Powerstat and we are pleased to be able to service most Powerstat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOZV30S24VDC3N by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pri-Equipe-Automation Brand 20022013 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Polyspede such as E100ANP equipment made by Polyspede have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Polyspede products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Polyspede" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FP710T42 made by Proface as well as the popular CONEXMFACC original spares produced by Port Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 275883 by Pressotechnik-Tox and E100ANP spares by Polyspede are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GLC300BCB41 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
